We look forward to helping you brighten your smile with Zoom Advanced Power teeth whitening.  There is a link below to access New Patient Forms and a Zoom Advanced Power Consent Form requiring your signature.  Please complete these forms and email, mail or fax them back to our office.  We will enter all additional information into your chart to save you time when you are here for your first visit.

For a more relaxed and enjoyable experience, please allow at least 2 hours for your treatment.  Your appointment will begin with a Pre Zoom Advanced Power exam with Dr. Wright to determine that you are a candidate for the Zoom Advanced Power procedure.

The Zoom Advanced Power teeth whitening procedure requires that all soft tissue in your mouth be protected during the procedure, as well as your eyes.  The Zoom Advanced Power light-activated teeth whitening gel's active ingredient is Hydrogen Peroxide.  As the Hydrogen Peroxide gel is broken down, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin, bleaching colored substances while the structure of the tooth is unchanged.  The Zoom Advanced Power teeth whitening light aids in activating the Hydrogen Peroxide and helps it penetrate the surface of the tooth.  As with any teeth-whitening product, the Zoom Advanced Power procedure is not recommended for children under 13 years of age and pregnant or lactating women.
