On behalf of Dr Wright and the entire staff, we want to personally welcome you to Four Seasons Dental & Med Spa. Our sincere hope is that you enjoy your time with us like no prior dental experience. We are committed to transforming your visit to be more like a pleasurable spa experience than a typical dental visit to be avoided. Our state-of-the art dental facility combines relaxing natural lavender aromas and services normally associated with a day spa. Please relax and enjoy a warm paraffin hand treatment, Aquamassage and Oxygen Bar session, whenever you are in our spa … all complimentary the day of your visit.

We will schedule time for you at the most convenient date and time possible. For a more relaxed and enjoyable experience, please allow at least 2 hours for your first visit. You will receive a full set of digital X-Rays, followed by your exam with Dr. Wright that includes an oral cancer screening, periodontal pocket measurements, and a gum disease and bone level assessment. The visit will conclude with a general oral health diagnosis and treatment plan.

If you have any dental anxiety, or have previously experienced any discomfort, please let Dr Wright know so he can use numbing gel to minimize any discomfort you might experience. If you have any medical conditions, artificial joints or implants, pre-medication is required. Please make sure that you advise us in advance of your appointment.

For your convenience, below is a link to our New Patient Forms required to be completed prior to your first visit with Dr. Wright. Please print and complete all forms, then mail or fax them back to our office. We will enter all information into your chart to save you time when you are here for your first visit. 

As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim for you, and for your first visit, we will accept what your insurance pays, as long as payment is at least 30% of our fees. If you have any dental history that might have an effect on your coverage, such as a crown that has been placed within the past 5 years, please let us know to better serve you. Some plans allow cleanings twice per calendar year; others need to be scheduled specifically at least one day more than 6 months apart. Knowledge of your insurance benefits gives you a better opportunity to get all of your benefits in a calendar year! Please remember to bring your insurance card when you come.
