Breath of L.O.V.E. – Balance and Integration Sessions - 60-90 minutes

Cory Herter's protocol is all about controlled breathing.  It affects the Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta brain waves to balance the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual aspects of the brain.  Emotional upheavals are balanced.  Those recurring mental loops are broken.  Physical manifestations of internal strife may just disappear.  Obstacles are overcome, whether other-induced or self-induced.  Every session is customized for each individual and I use all the tools at my disposal to bring you the most relief possible.
